Housing offer

If a suitable apartment is found for the applicant, an offer will be sent by e-mail and SMS.

The offered apartment can be inspected before the offer is accepted. Instructions on how to arrange a viewing will be included in the offer.

It is advisable to respond to the offer by the deadline, even if the accommodation is not suitable for your needs. Once the reason for refusal is known, the application can either be withdrawn or a new, more suitable alternative can be sought.

Attachments

When the offer is accepted, a check is made to see whether the applicant needs to submit any attachments before the lease is signed. If those are required, they will be requested separately.

The requested attachments must be sent by e-mail within three working days of the acceptance of the offer. You do not need to provide the original documents. For example, a detailed photo of the requested annex is sufficient. The conditional offer will be withdrawn if the requested annexes are not submitted by the deadline.
