We at Sivakka want your home to feel like home. That’s why we want to offer our tenants the option to paint accent walls to bring some color and coziness to their apartments. The best thing about it is that it will cost you absolutely nothing! We will cover the costs of paints and painting equipment, because we want you to feel comfortable in your home.
If you want to decorate your home, follow these steps:
- Contact your housing manager
- Give them the following information:
- Surface areas of the walls you want to paint
- Your choice of color, which can be picked here
- Choose the pick-up point for the painting equipment
Sometimes an inspection is needed before painting the walls. If other minor repairs are needed before painting, such as spackling or fixing any damage caused by smoking, they have to be done before the paint job.
