MySivakka

MunSivakka is an online service for tenants, where they can contact us about most things

MunSivakka online service allows you to:

• Fill out a service advice form about your apartment or common areas
• Inform us about changes, such as family status
• Find your rental agreement
• See the property information
• Find information about paying your rent and your current payment status
• Read the news and information letters sent by Sivakka
• Check the contact details of your property maintenance and housing manager

You can register to MunSivakka with your online banking credentials. If you are unable to do so, you can come to our office with your ID and we will provide you with MunSivakka credentials. To use MunSivakka, a valid email address is needed.
