Sivakka is a well-known group offering over 8400 rental apartments all around the Oulu region. Some of our tenants have lived in our apartments for decades!

We at Sivakka value our tenants and understand that a home should feel like home, and life should be as convenient as possible. That is why we have developed our own tenant benefit system which allows our tenants to renovate and equip their homes easily at reasonable costs. Our online service is also meant to make your life easier.

Sivakka has its roots in the 1960’s but has operated in its current form as the official rental apartment provider of the City of Oulu for more than 25 years. Throughout the years we have developed our operations, and through municipality mergers the number of our apartments has constantly increased. Nowadays we have apartments in Haukipudas, Ylikiiminki, Yli-Ii and Oulunsalo as well!
