Submitting a fault notice
If you need to report a fault notice during your living, you can fill it from MySivakka, where it will be forwarded to the correct property maintenance. You can register for MySivakka using your bank credentials. If you wish to contact the property management service directly by phone, contact details can be found on the notice board of your property and in MySivakka.
Please note that urgent matters, such as water leaks, must be reported directly by telephone to the property maintenance service.
