Parking spaces
Parking spaces
Property maintenance is usually responsible for parking spaces so if you are in need of a parking space, contact your property maintenance. Once you have your own parking space you can easily pay the monthly fee with your rent.
Please remember that using interior heaters is going to overload the fuse, which leads to all power outlets shutting down (and quite likely some angry neighbors). Since we don’t want to overload any fuses or neighbors, using interior heaters is not allowed.
There’s a limited amount of parking spaces, so they are reserved for cars or motorcycles in active use. To be clear, the parking spaces are not meant for trucks, tractors, forklifts or any other unusual or large vehicles.
If you have two parking spaces and another tenant is in need of one, you will have to give away one of them if there aren’t any vacant spaces left. Fair game!
